The machine work needed depends on the head, oil and water gallies would need to be modified, as for the wiring the speed blocks are completely different in regards to factory ecu's you would most likely need a standalone. The things you are talking about are big money high down time projects. You would end up spending less trading in for a speed 3.
I had a question about the mazdaspeed block. I have found a good deal on a block and I posted that in my thread about turboing my car and went searching if it would fit my 2.3 head and you said somethingbout machining the head?? I was wondering what needed to machined on the head to make it fit?? And would my wiring harness still work with the speed block??
